And, I hope you got your learning ears on cuz I am bringing some nutrition truth bombs your way!
I invited Sarah Weitz, MS, RD, Michigan State professor and BCC nutritionist to join me on a podcast. And, I asked her to answer all YOUR questions about sugar. And, she said yes. And, we talked over two hours! (Don’t worry; I broke it into two podcasts!)
And, not only did she answer all your questions, she broke down the science of sugar, told us why drinking diet soda will NOT kill you, and my LEAST favorite, how my favorite champs (champagne) is bad for my bones! (Not even gonna lie, this really bummed me out!)
But the good news: sugar does NOT make you fat. And it is not evil. And, your body actually uses it for fuel!
